• Coached Youth Olympic Development Programs
• Coached Modified Soccer for ages 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9
• Coached goalkeeping at high school level
• Coached for many premiere youth soccer clubs. He was the longtime goalkeeper coach for the HEAT Soccer Club. He also coached for the FC Marauders and Club Dosveedanya.
• Has coached the Bellevue High School Boys goalkeepers, Magnolia Juventus Extreme, Shoreline Saturn and the Bainbridge Youth Soccer Club as well as at the Bainbridge Soccer Academy.
• He currently coaches a group of youth keepers ranging from U9 to U17, High School keepers and adults.
• In late September of 2011 he will start a goalkeeping clinic for all Club keepers on Vashon Island. He already coaches the Vashon High school keepers.

In addition to helping out various youth soccer clubs in the area, he also offers coaching clinics, team clinics, and player clinics. He encourages clubs to take one of his "Goalkeeping for Coaches" clinics. Through his Safe Hands Goalkeeping program he offers intensive weekly goalkeeper training to highly motivated U10-U19 and adult goalkeepers.

Willi uses his vast soccer knowledge to challenge, motivate, and educate his students. His training philosophy is to set high technical and performance standards, so each student can achieve his or her personal goals. All of this is accomplished in a disciplined, yet fun, training environment.
