Goalkeeper Evaluation

Here are some suggested topics you can use to evaluate your keeper(s). Arranged in the form of a table and rate the goalkeepers strength from one to five in each category. Rate at least every six months and discuss each evaluation with the goalkeeper. Point out areas of strength and weaknesses and use the rating as a motivational tool. When you see "he", read "he/she".
